Delivery and Returns
- Orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock and payment.
- The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the user.
- Home delivery cannot be made in PO boxes.
- MEXPRO Online Store is committed to delivering the items ordered as soon as possible.
- All orders made through MEXPRO Online Store must be examined by the customer upon delivery. If any irregularity or damage is detected in the product, the customer must return it.
- For orders with destination outside mainland Portugal, please contact us for the estimated delivery times and cost.
- MEXPRO Online Store does not take responsibility for packages sent back because of wrong address or the User wasn’t able to receive it or pick it up. It is about the costumer’s full responsibility to do the necessary actions to provide the transport company a proper delivery. In the case of a returned package, MEXPRO Online Store will refund only the cost of the purchased items within the package. For further information prior shipping, please contact us beforehand.
MEXPRO Online Store allows products to be returned within 14 days of purchase under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014. The costs associated with their delivery, namely the home delivery service fee, will not be reimbursed. Upon return, the product must remain intact (including packaging that accompanies the product, labels and back-labels); otherwise the refund is void. All purchases made on MEXPRO Online Store are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of the interpretation of the General Conditions for Online Purchases will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
